the bed sheets were thin and didn’t seem fresh but the room was clean and safe. the manager was really helpful helping with any concerns. the breakfast had decent options and the pool looked nice even though I didn’t use it.

The food was nice and there were lots of dishes in the menu. The location was convenient away from the riverfront in an older neighborhood.

The hotel was next to restaurants, shopping, major attractions, sport fields and banking, the concert venue and Riverfront thanks to its great and simple location. It also was to the beautiful Jackson park.

Some of the staff were very rude.

It was a great match for a brief sojourn in Windsor with good price-quality ratio. The upscale bathroom mirror didn't fog up, a nice touch. Look for rooms on the ground floor if stairs are an issue.

the stay was pleasant and the pool sure was nice considering it was sooo hot,staff was terrific

bed is too soft and is out of shape already (lower in middle). there is no bedding bag on the quilt.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and well-maintained, made for a comfortable environment to finish up work tasks. The breakfast offered fresh waffles, which helped kickstart my day before meetings.

Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times.

Located right beside the facility we were going to.

Did not have a coffee machine or an iron. Did not have anyplace for breakfast or even tea or coffee.

No one was staying at motel on Sundays. You could have the motel all by yourself.

Poor/bad wireless Internet connection from rooms

The room was clean, but the bathroom needed serious maintenance.

In general, I loved my well stocked room with good breakfast. Location: the hotel was right by major attractions and restaurants. There was cafe Suzie's Grill Cafe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

Nice clean hotel with freindly staff. Fridge and Micorwave were placed in my room without asking which was very nice as we always have leftovers from eating out. Great place to stay.

Clean room but odd odor impacted stay.

The room itself was large and contemporary with promotional photos, bath, very comfortable bed.

It was quiet, there wasnt anything specifically great about it. Although I would go back if I ever was to visit Canada again.

I disliked that there wasnt a refrigerator or a microwave in our room. We were visiting from the us and ate out. It was a bit irritating that if we had left overs we couldnt heat them up or store them properly.
